DAY ONE NAIROBI - NAKURU
Pick up from your hotel in Nairobi and road transfer to Nakuru Lion Hill Lodge.
After lunch, teams of participants will be taken by qualified facilitators through a series of team building tasks. They stumble, restart, succeed, celebrate…before reviewing the lessons learned from their successes and failures, and moving on to the next task. They find out what it means to plan, lead, listen, and coordinate. Above all they develop trust in each other, accept each others’ strengths and share the load. The learning is dramatic and guaranteed, and the proof is there for them to see as they progress from task to task, becoming highly effective leaders and high performance teams. Enjoy afternoon game drive in safari mini-buses. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill.

DAY TWO NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
Discover Nakuru National Park on interpretive morning game-drives in safari mini-buses led by experienced Conservation Africa guides – all of whom have achieved the highest scores in the Kenya Professional Safari Guides Association examination. Major Attractions: Waterfalls, Mammals, Flamingo (Greater and Lesser), Unique vegetation.
Between 1000 HRS-1300 HRS: The coaching programme will enable individuals to create an inspiring vision, identify their life purpose, align their values and leverage their talents towards living their life to the full, with more energy, fulfillment, balance – and less stress! The coaching also strengthens leaders within organizations to develop their skills further and become highly effective leaders. Enjoy lunch at Flamingo Hill Tented Camp. Afternoon at leisure while teams participate in different programmes. Dinner and overnight at Flamingo Hill Tented Camp.

DAY THREE RETURN TO NAIROBI
Depart after breakfast for Naivasha. Depart for Hells Gate National Park for afternoon game drive and visit to the Born Free museum (Joy’s memorial room and Joy’s video.)

Lunch at the Elsamere. Depart for Nairobi after your afternoon tea.
